Imagine observing your life as if you were in an art gallery, watching an artist create a painting. You are observing how the strokes form patterns, what anomalies appear, and what image is slowly being revealed. That is exactly how we should approach our lives—observing without judgment.
Being stuck is often a result of living either in the pain of the past or the fear of the future. When your mind is not fully engaged in the present, it prevents you from planting the seeds for your future. The trick about the future is that it is shaped by the actions and thoughts you focus on today.
A New Perspective: Shifting from “Why” to “What”
Another point I explore in the podcast is how our perspectives influence our lives. When things go wrong, the typical reaction is to ask, “Why is this happening to me?” But I encourage you to shift that question to “What is this showing me?” By doing this, you begin to step outside the victim mindset and empower yourself to learn from every experience.

When you catch yourself spiralling into negative thinking, remind yourself: “I choose to think differently.” This simple affirmation can interrupt harmful thought patterns and start you on the path to transformation.
The law of attraction, often discussed in personal development circles, is not just about thinking positively and hoping for the best. It is about understanding that your thoughts and beliefs are powerful energy forms. I see it as a scientific equation reflecting where you direct your focus: what you focus on mentally will eventually manifest in your life. So, start by becoming aware of your thoughts and actively choose to shift them.
Action: The Key to Unsticking Yourself
One of the biggest reasons we stay stuck is overthinking. We want all the answers before we take a step, but life simply does not work that way. Whether it is a new job, relationship, or any life change, fear will try to hold you back. But the truth is, you will only know the next step by taking that first action.
