Healers and practitioners need mentoring too! The power of Unbox Life Mentoring lies in aligning personality and consciousness. Intuitive Life Mentoring clears their path.

In my Unbox Life Mentoring practice, about a third of my clients are therapists, healers, coaches, or holistic practitioners. They are the helpers—the ones holding space for others. But even the most experienced guides sometimes need help seeing their own path clearly.

One recent session with a fellow holistic practitioner brought this into focus. She came with insight, intelligence, and intuition. But she also came with questions. She was seeking alignment, clarity, and deeper integration.

The Strong Ones. The Healers.

Therapists, coaches, and holistic practitioners are often seen as the strong ones—the ones others turn to in times of crisis, confusion, or transformation. They’re trained to hold space, listen deeply, and guide others through growth.

And yet, a surprising number of them find themselves in my mentoring space. In fact, about a third of my clients are in the healing professions. Not because they’re lost, but because they’ve reached a point where something no longer fits.

They come with insight, training, and experience—but they also come with questions. Questions about direction, meaning, energy, and alignment.

When Healers and Therapists Needs Guidance

Recently, I worked with a holistic therapist, including healers and  who arrived with exactly that. She was managing multiple roles—supporting clients, parenting, running a practice—and feeling completely scattered.

She wasn’t burnt out, but she was running on default. There was no time to reflect, to check in, to reconnect with herself. She came to me not for solutions, but for space.

That’s what Unbox Life Mentoring offers. Not another role to perform. But a space where the roles can fall away—and the self underneath can speak.

Understanding the Overlooked Self of Healers

Healing professionals know how to tune into others, but they often struggle to tune into themselves. When you’re used to managing others’ emotions, stories, and breakthroughs, it’s easy to miss your own subtle signals.

The result? Disconnection. Confusion. A sense of misalignment between what you’re doing and what you actually feel inside.

From Personal View to Soul View

In Unbox work, we explore the difference between your personal view and your soul view.

  • The personal view sees life through identity and expectation—what you’re doing, how you’re seen, the roles you fulfil.
  • The soul view looks deeper. It sees what you’re learning, what patterns you’re living, and what’s really asking to change.

Both are valid—but staying in the personal view too long can leave you feeling like you’re just performing your life, not living it.

Techniques for Realignment

We began her session with a visualisation. She lay back, closed her eyes, and pictured a golden sun above her head. Slowly, the light began to flow through her body. From the head, through the heart, down into the feet.

This is a simple but powerful tool I use often. It’s not just for relaxation—it’s a recalibration. It helps shift attention from the scattered mind to the deeper consciousness underneath.

And this is key: when your personality—the conditioned, everyday self—isn’t in sync with your consciousness—the core of who you are—life becomes noisy, confusing, and hard to direct.

But when the two are aligned, your choices start making sense. Your energy feels intact. Your direction clears.

Emotional Mastery Without Suppression

Part of our work together was recognising emotional patterns—what was hers, and what she was picking up from others. As I often say, emotions are not the issue. The issue is believing you are the emotion.

We worked on:

  • Naming emotions without identifying with them
  • Understanding her triggers and patterns
  • Creating space to respond, not react

This is emotional mastery—not suppression, not avoidance, but conscious awareness.

The Shift Back to Authentic Self

By the end of the session, the shift was visible. Her face softened. Her voice slowed. She didn’t need a dramatic breakthrough—she just needed to feel like herself again.

She left with clarity on what needed to change, where her energy was leaking, and how to keep her personality in service to her consciousness, not the other way around.

This is the quiet power of Unbox Life Mentoring.

It’s not about fixing. It’s about realigning.

Consistency Creates Clarity

These shifts don’t happen from one session alone. What creates lasting clarity is consistency—checking in regularly, using tools like journaling, conscious breath, and visualisation.

That’s why I encourage my therapist clients and practitioners to revisit the session recording multiple times. Each listen reveals something new, something that couldn’t be heard the first time.

Even Healers Need Holding

Healers give a lot. But they also need holding. They need spaces where they’re not performing, analysing, or guiding—but simply being.

When you reconnect with your own consciousness, your work becomes lighter. Your relationships clearer. Your path less effortful.

Because when personality and consciousness are aligned—you stop chasing clarity. You start living it.

Sahar
