What do your night-time narratives reveal about you?

Have you ever woken up from a vivid dream and wondered, What was that all about? Perhaps you felt like the dream was trying to tell you something important, but you just could not quite grasp the message. You are not alone! Dreams are more than just random images or fleeting thoughts during sleep—they are powerful reflections of your inner world, offering unique insights into the stories you tell yourself every day.

Since then, I have come to rely on what I call ‘dream direction’—using dreams as a guide to make decisions, solve problems, and grow personally. They have been like a trusted mentor, always available when I need them.
